Grapefruit Ginger Cranberry Sauce

Share this recipe:

Recipe origin

This cranberry sauce bursts with flavor in every bite. Bright grapefruit juice and a hint of fresh ginger lift the tartness of the berries, giving it a lively, slightly spicy kick. It’s tangy, fragrant, and surprisingly versatile — perfect for spooning over turkey, dolloping onto stuffing, or even sneaking a taste straight from the bowl. From the kitchen of our friend Eitan.
